RS 2 Crashes in battle!HELP! :(

Ok so yesterday i installed RS2 with the patch 2.1a,it worked completely fine without lagg and any crash,i played on highest settings,today with same settings the game lagged in battle and crashed,ive searched a bit and saw that lowering settings might help,i lowered some(shadows off,effects lowest medium terrain,no metalic glints or reflections) but still the same,will lowering other settings help or what?
PS:thanks for making the best RTW mod and one of the best Total War mods!

Never mind,i solved it,i just had to lower down setting !
