I have a question.

I want to buy Otomo Clan Pack and Saints and Heroes Unit Pack but my veteran slots almost full. the question is; will there be enough space for new veterans if I buy these DLCs?

I think it adds extra slots, it wont take up any of your existing spaces.

As far as I am concerned the veteran unit limit goes up whenever you purchase a DLC. (Whenever I bought one, my max limit went up)
