Game thinks my system is crap

Hi i recently installed TATW on my laptop (v. 3.2). I have set the visuals to the lowest possible settings and yet the max limit is around 4000 units per battle or else i get the your system cant handle this warning. However i can run shogun 2 at max settings with like 15000+ units in a battle and this cant handle 4k at lowest. Can someone perhaps explain to me a reason. Any help would be appreciated.

System specs:
Toshiba satellite p850-138
8gb ram
640gb
Nvidia geforce GT 630M graphics card
2nd gen i3-2350M processor
2.3 GHz clockspeed

I generally just ignore that warning and enjoy my 10k battles. If you mean during campaign battles, then you need to open medieval2.preference.cfg in the main MTW directory and look for this line:
unlimited_men_on_battlefield = 0

Change the 0 to a 1 and youre golden.
