Darthmod not doing anything?

I have it all installed and everything, but its not changing anything at all ( except my game says Darthmod 9.1 in all the loading screens )

besides that everything has remained the same from vanilla. I have uninstalled and reinstalled rome several times but nothing changes ( I still have all my mouse presets/ darthmod loading screens.

is there any way to completely renew my rome total war game ( using steam? )

I have tried verifying game cache but that didnt work.

Delete the Rome total War folder in steam\steamapps\common.

Wow that fixed everything, I always thought I would damage something doing that.
