Is it just me, or is there something missing on top of the Oda banner? I thought so. What I want CA to do is to release a patch that fixes this. I don't know how hard it is, but as it is their game and it is only this, CA would be able to fix this. If you agree with me, please vote in this thread. There are other stuff with the UI, but I find them minor and not that important, like how the "Peace Treaty Signed" pop-up in Shogun 2 is the one from FOTS.

And another question to CA; why hasn't the Battle of Kawagoe (1545), a pre-order exclusive from Gamestop, been released to the public?

What exactly is missing from the Oda banner? Those two problems you stated are really not big deals, I don't personally see the need for a patch that will most likely mess something else up.

What should I answer this poll? On one hand I'd love to see a balance patch tweak a ton of values in the game in both s2 and fots, and on the other hand I don't care one bit about some alleged graphical bug with Oda banners.

Kind of seems like a small issue to me, and not one I that would warrant a patch. I doubt we will get anything else for Shogun 2 now that the Gold edition is coming and there on Rome 2.

Yes I was hoping this would have been fixed with the last patch, the uma jirushi for the Oda and Hojo has been broken for a while now.

Here's my thought; after some patches, some graphical bugs appeared. Now, how about if you also say something that you think should be fixed/rweaked in a patch.

This was introduced in a patch, but it is now part of the files that are left after the optimisation was made.

Yes, but if you would find unpatched models.pack somehow, then it would be easy to fix. Maybe someone hasn't updated the game in a while, or you have disc version and then, at reinstall, it should be copied on HD before patching begins.

Edit:
If someone has access to orginal, unpatched models.pack then all you need to do is access it with PFM and extract "rigidmodels/flags/sho_char_flag_oda.rigid_model_v2" from there, put it in new pack file (preferably of MOVIE format) and have it posted here. If it was working before, then it should work again as it seems that somehow that model is broken now.

Well, too bad, but Steam will not allow me to install from the disc. It forces me to be connected to continue, then it just installs the current version. I guess it would need to be a "non steam edition".

The fact that the fatigue system doesn't actually work in any way shape or form should have been addressed before releasing pathetic game breaking dlc's.

Want to know a fun fact about gold editions? Every single total war game so far has one.

Pretty much every game made now ends up having a GOTY or Gold edition, a year or so after it's release.

I definitely think they should have another patch. That Oda and Hojo banner thing just kills me. Oda is the baddest clan on the game, and they have a blank banner, like some low rent clan.

I would be curious to know if the Gold Edition has that problem. I figure since it doesn't have to go through all that patching process, it wouldn't.

The Oda's banner does not have "Bell" on the top of flag banner :/ also in the battle field, its hard to recognize where the hell is enemy commander lol
