Cannot launch the game...

Hi, just installed the mod, but I am having problem running it.

I downloaded it without problems, installed it in the correct directory, and everything was fine. But when I cannot start the mod. The executable file doesn't start. I only get an empty DOS window for a second or two, and then it closes without any error. After that, whenever I try to start the mod I get the same DOS window, which immediately goes away as soon as it pops up. I cannot type anything in it either, and thus I cannot select a campaign.

Now, is there a way to launch the game? I am running SV 3.0, though, I have yet to download 3.3 patch and the hotfix for it. I also have Retrofit Mod, Stainless Steel and IB2 - Regnum Britanniae mod. Will I have to delete those mods to play this one?

Yes. If there are any admin-rights in XP, that is.

Yesterday, I managed to run it somehow. Whenever I pressed Shift+D with the DOS window, the menu came up. But after quitting, I tried to run it again and then was the same problem: it goes away so quickly that I can't even press Shift+D in that time.
