Well I am here because I am trying to find good men to serve in my bodyguard and train my levies in Rouen. I already have one ex crusdaer under my command and I think I shall employ the rest of you before the other lords scoop you up and let you go to waste guarding fat noblemen's castle in the Midlands.

Very well then, you shall serve as sergeants and my bodygaurds and perhaps my vassals if God and lady fortune shows me her favor
