    As you can see I don't have the steam version of MTW2 and the title pretty much explains then rest.

    Think you can go into default.cfg file and change steam entry to true instead of false. Not sure though dont use steam for m2tw

    Thanks for the reply. I don't want to go messing with that yet unless I know it is true. Can anyone verify?

    Back up the file in question and do it, if it fails or something you can always move the old file back.

    Sounds like a good idea, Andy you said the default.cga file. Any idea where that is in the SS folder?

    Unfortunately it did not work. The whole reason I wanted to enable steam overlay in game is for an AAR I have in the works. I did find a suitable replacement though, I am using fraps to take pictures. Thanks for all the help guys!
