    Default How is the amount of Rebels spawned calculated?

    Like the thread says. How does the game cacluate how many rebels that should be spawned in the next turn.

    If rebel that emerge by the actions of agents then usually depending on the size of the AI units in province/settlement.

    I donu. It doesn't always seem accurate either. I think there is more to it than that. i wonder tho if agent inciting gives bonus to amount of rebels spawns? in any case i refer to non agent induced rebellions.

    I rather believe its depends on the rate of unhappiness dealt with repression...
