Broken Crescent 2.3 unspecified error

Hello everybody,
I am using Windows7 32bit and installed M2TW kingdoms Americas, Britannia, Crusades, and Teutonic. and every thing is going well. I downloaded M2TW Broken Crescent 2.3. and every things is work good. But when I try to play a siege battle the game show this message : "Medieval 2: Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit".
I have searched the forum but did not find a solution to this problem, every things I found is talking about custom siege battles.

Note : When I installed Broken Crescent 1.0 I did not face this problem. but it is show the same message in different cases.
