Tech Savvy Help Required
My error message was originally a Registry Error. More specifically it said "Missing Mss32.dll. Please install and try again". I downloaded a DLL Registry cleanup software and scanned my computer. It fixed something like 800 problems and i downloaded the Mss32.dll again through the same software program. Its called DLL-files fixer.
Now however after doing this i get this error: "The Mss DLL file is installed in Windows or Windows System Directory. It must be installed in application directory". THEN another application arror appears that says: "The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000142)". Help

Re: Tech Savvy Help Required
You can run those third party programs until you're blue in the face and still end up doing a clean install of the game the game can find it. That's how old the game really is.
Vista, Win 7/8, disable the UAC first and install in C:\Games.

Re: Tech Savvy Help Required
You have to uninstall it using the uninstaller, delete all traces of it, use a good free registry cleaner lie Ccleaner or Eusing Free Registry Cleaner, reboot, then do an install logged in as Administrator and UAC disabled.

Re: Tech Savvy Help Required
I don't know if it could be prt of the problem but there is a newer BIOS than yours. http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/...iverid=R301434
Since you got the mss32.dll from a different site, its version may not be compatible with the game. Delete it and uninstall the game and try, again.
