modeldb lines all gone onto first line

I've MIITW installed and then copied to some new folders, some with mods in them.

Was making progress modding units and mods running ok, but now all my main MedII folders' modeldb files have all the lines of text in them moved into line number 1 and none on any others.

Is there any way to fix this?

(it's not happened on the modeldb files of any of the mod folders, only the main MedII ones)
