Hey so for most of the time, I can play the Third Age mod no problem, yet about 30-40 minutes of playing the campaign, it never fails to say something like "Medieval II has encountered an unspecified error2 then shuts down.
Here's what happened:
-I bought Medieval II and Kingdoms, installed them on a PC which they've never been installed on before.
-Played with them for a while
-Installed Third Age Mod with 3.1 and 3.2 patches about a week later.
-Can play Third Age Mod fine except most of the time about 30-40 mins through the campaign, it says this... "Medieval II has encountered an unspecified error" - then closes.
The only file I've deleted was the Maps.rwm one as I was told this might fix it, but it didn't fix the problem.
I've installed no other mods whatsoever. Followed the installation instructions to the letter, why am I having this problem?
Also, I've got UAC turned off, I'm using Windows 7.
Please help! Thanks a lot.
EDIT: Also, if it matters, I got the original Medieval II and Kingdoms from Steam. Don't see if this could be the problem although I don't think it is as everything seems to be working normal.
