High elfs, the elf machine

Hi ppl i normaly play with the high elfs, amazing faction, normaly i walk around with legolas and my army. I ve noticed that with 8 elf archers cards i normaly obliterate every single army.

My question here is has anyone played against them and won in vh/vh.

Elves are great archers. Archers can be overpowered in masses. Simple as that.

Btw, how is it possible that you can use Legolas as HE? Legolas is the prince of the Silvans.

The Silvans are extremely tedious to fight against when you are OotMM. In the early game, many battles end with a very lengthy chase once your javelin snagas are out of ammo and you are running after their archers with heavy infantry and generals

Much like Bowmaster said, however, they can be overpowered with pure economy and numbers.

For High Elves (not Legolas), they are in a remote corner of the map so by the time you reach them you have usually already defeated other factions and are very strong.
