How do you modify temples?

I'd like to allow the Romans to build temples to Jupiter again. How can I change this? Thanks.

export_descr_buildings.txt - temples are near the bottom, you need to 1) make sure that the roman culture tag is put in the curly brackets at the top, 2) describe below that which traits you want attributed to the temple at each level (just follow nearby examples and you should be fine).
