New Mini-mod

What is the normal procedure for having a mod added to the downloads and how long does it take?
I tried many mods but none suited my gameplay style so I spent the weekend improving vanilla's pathetic mercenary system with a more imaginable one without comprimising game balance. The mod is close to finished and I don't mind sharing it with others who enjoy playing vanilla and would like to spice it up a bit.

Players can now explore and conquer the far reaches of the map for rare region specific mercs but you will need to be patient. Now you can march your mercenary amazon chariots onto Rome!

Once you reach the TWC downloads section, click on the "Upload Your File" link at the top left and fill out the required information. Once your mod has been uploaded to the database, you can start handing out the download link right off the bat but your mod won't appear in the downloads index until it's reviewed and tested, which usually takes a day or two.
