Quick modding question

Hey fellow tolkienites, I have been modding TATW for my own personal use for some time now. I have recently stumbled upon an issue i can't quite figure out myself. I want the eldar elven archers to use a two-handed greatsword like the eldar swordsmen rather than the normal one handed sword. After which I would adjust stats accordingly. So the question is how would i go about doing this? thank you in advance!
