Can any countries be unlocked in BI?

I was wondering if some of the other countries were unlockable in BI like in RTW? Or if not is there a mod out allowing you to play all the countries?

u dont unlock any1 in BI but there r mods to let u b other countries. i forget what its called tho but i have it installed and its prbly not hard 2 find

they can be unlocked but for some of them (like the celts) you need to take one extra step. Check the tutorials section - I think theres a piece on how to unlock the celts (its near the end of the tutorials section) and you can use that process to unlock the others

well, if you just play the game some wont be unlockable. But as with everything else, there are ways around that. Oh, and if you want to play as an emergent faction (say the roman rebels) then download rebelcommander. Works like a charm

Well it doesn't!I played Slavs with rebelcommander,had to start with Sasanids,and then transfered control to slavs...BUT when Sasanids were destroyed by Eastern Roman Empire,i couldn't save anymore.
Idon't know if they are aware of this but it's serious bug for that one!!!

aight thanks i'll check out tutorials now then.

EDIT: I found the post on how to allow Celts and Berbers to be played but I couldn't find anything on how to play the rest. Does anyone know if I have to mod my game or if I beat something are they unlocked?
