Need Help With Custom Settlements! :(

So I installed The Third Age Mod as instructed using Steam and it plays great. Campaign and all works fine however when I go into Custom Battle, select the Black Gate as the map. Next to it, it says have a Large City (I believe) and a custom culture.

So after choosing a Large City and the settlement, and I chose Gondor as the culture, I click start. However when it gets to the battle, I'm outside a city. It's not even the Black Gate!

It's also the same for a lot of others, such as the Hornburg. I wanted to fight at Helm's Deep (Hornburg) and it says I should select a Fortress as the settlement and a custom culture (I chose Elves) - when I start, it's not even Helm's Deep!

Did I install something wrong? As far as I know, I haven't. I've also installed the 3.1 and 3.2 patch.

Gondor culture won't work. It specifically has to be "Custom Culture."

Wow, StealthFox thank you so much. The obvious was staring at me all along. By custom culture, I thought you could customise the culture to your preference such as Men, Gondor etc.

Can't believe I missed the option "culture"
