I was looking at the edu (i forget if it was the one for TATW or MOS) and noticed high elf units with a negative time between attacks (e.g see below)
Why is this and how is it possible? This guide says that stat is the number of tenths of a second delay between attacks. Is it wrong? Or if it's right how can it be a negative?
