Can some-one explain to me exactly how this works? Does it increase performance much or does it stress componants? Anything really, basicaly i want to know wether it is much better then normal.

Most say leave it on, because they notice slowdowns when turning it off. Others say that it makes the computer unstable to have it enabled. I suggest you just leave it on, and if it gives you any trouble, just turn it off.
