Shogun 2 FoTS problem (Stuck on Splash Screen)

Hello!
I recently bought Fall of the Samurai from the local game store
Note: I previously did not own Shogun 2 or any Total war game for that matter
I keep getting stuck on the flash screen and I tried a few fixes but still no dice
I leave it on for like hour but after I ctrl+alt+del to the task manager it shows that it's not responding
Here are the things I tried:
-Verify Game Cache
-Run visual C++ redist setups
-Delete ClientRegistry.blob
-Delete Creative Assembly folder (Then Verify Game cache, again)
-Updated Drivers (I'm pretty sure I updated all)
Note: I have tried these possible solutions many times already and still get no results

Activate your copy of Win 7 if not done so and run Windows Update manually installing all software options starting with Service Pack 1.
