I have a question about research. In the "building_effects_junction_tables" are the listings of school, college, university and their effects.
There are the commands "research_points", "research_points_enlightenment", "research_points_industry" and "research_points_military". Are the last three commands dependent on the command "research_points"?

For example, the school has 15 for "research_points_enlightenment" and 10 for "research_points_industry".
Normally it has 9 research_points. Do I have to set the value for research_points to 25 to make it work?
