Cannot play campaing ?

hi i just downloaded an dinstalled and everything went ok till i wante dto start the campaing ... it didnt worked it said please select an item wtf ??? any suggestions on this ? thx in advance regards.

A little more information is needed. Where exactly did it stop?
If you're referring to the pause after choosing a faction to play as, you should know it takes a while to load.

no no when i start the game the menu shows up normally but then when i choose grand campaing it says please select an item from the list and nothing happens the menu looks like medieval but i can see the HTW intro scene and music but still it wont let me start the campaing

Grand campaign? It should say INCOMPLETE campaign, I'd say you have a deeper issue here.

it has been fixed thanks mate now i can play
