    Default RPG Forums Movement

    I'm re-organising the RPG forum to make everything a child of what used to be the Consulate. Unfortunately TWC deemed it wise to crash while I was halfway through doing it and so we now have two forums.

    I will fix this ASAP, but at this moment in time I can't. Everything will move back into a single forum shortly.

    Not getting a new forum, the Consulate is being canned as a "sub-forum" and becoming the "root forum".

    As MM said, I made everything the child of what was the Consulate, and renamed the Consulate to Community RPG Forum.

    Basically only noticeable difference is proposals are now on the main forum. As is the chat thread.
