please help me get rid of this annoying bug!

hello curious people who decided to look at my post! i am asking you if you could try to help me with this bug that has plagued me since ROTS first came out. what happens is that every minute or so the game screen starts to shake wildly and everything is back and forth back and forth like the are being fast forwarded and re winded very quickly but you can tell the game has frozen. heres the reallllllllllllllly annoying part. if i play on direct x 10 it usually happens very commonly on the campaign map and happens in the battle map if i have large armies. or have played for a while. on direct x 9 mode it doesent do the bug on the campaign map but does it ALL the time in battle no matter the size of the forces!!!. this bug ONLY happens in campaign not in custom battles or multiplayer ONLY in campaign. what more this bug only occurs on the computer im using it on right now! not on any other computer!
if someone could help me with this annoying bug that has plagued me for 1 year and a half i would be the happiest total war gamer in the universe.

If you have a slot for it, put in a dedicated graphics card like a AMD 7850 or a Nvidia 670 1gb toget what you want and plan on a new power supply to run it, 600 watt Antec or Carsair minimum.
The series 4 graphics chip is only good for low settings like this and DX10 for watching dvd movies, not 3D gaming.
32bit OS = this necessary evil.
