I've turned all my audio settings up, in game, on my sound tray, and my speakers/headset. And Windows 7

I think you have problems with VirtualStore, in my signature there is a link to TATW TECH Guide by StealtFox, go there and in section which says you need to disable UAC, there are two methods with links, the link to How to fix Virtual Store and UAC problems will give you info what you need to do( if I remember you need to delete a M2TW folder in VirtualStore). I would give you the link to it, but I am on my mob phone so don't have direct link.

Have you checked if you have mute sound on? Also are you sure your speakers ARE on?
