[Pyrrhus the Molossian]

The Barcid fleet attempts to enter the harbour undetected sailing with all possible precautions to reduce the noise and light aboard the ships. Brandon Flowers the Barcid agent in town attempts to set fire to the docked vessels along with 25 men provided by the rogue Sirius Chester. Sirius leads the rest of his men (75) to burn the building with the professional soldiers.

OOC: They would've came in on merchant ships and such. They're lightly armed.

And you are aware you won't be getting Ibben if you conquer it...thus you won't be granted incomes, levies or anything like that. Its not a part of Westeros, but a part of Essos.

OOC: Level 10 Merc Comapny and proceeded to buy troops. The rest are refugees and rebels from the Stormlands.

The Ibbenese ships, 75 in total, returned to dock not long after the reconnaissance. The ships detect the boats of house barca, moving to destroy them whilst the garrison is roused.

The land forces advance towards a wall in the confusion and all archers open fire. All forces are concentrated at the one wall under the generalship of Daavos Flowers.*

In the harbour Jason, Percy, and Theon each take command of a third of the fleet.*

Theon takes the 2 Grand Warships and 10 heavy galleys to engage the 5 enemy Grand Warships.*

Percy takes command of the*Stormbreaker Ship,*13 Dromonds,*63 Levy Ships,**and 6 heavy galleys and leads them on an attack of the enemies levy ships and dromonds.*

Jason takes command of the 15 Oldtown War Galleys and attacks the enemy heavy galleys.*

All commanders aim to capture if possible.

OOC: His men were landed farther out and marched the rest of the way.

OOC: can we say davos is still marching? Cause I want to do some detection rolls.


Daavos' men march with all speed towards the city, making good pace. However, they encounter an Ibbenese patrol, which returns to the city to warn them of his arrival. They are unable to determine the exact numbers of his army, but they are able to prepare the defence of Ibben.

2 of Theon's heavy Galleys are destroyed, and one of his Grand Warships is badly damaged.

The Stormbreaker ship is destroyed, whilst the Dromonds deal little to no damage to the enemy. The Barcid levy ships lose four of their number. One Barcid heavy Galley is destroyed. The barcids lose two more levy ships and no Dromonds, after destroying six of the enemies levies, whilst the barcids lose another heavy galley.

The Oldtown galleys take a single casualty.

The naval forces continue their assault. The land forces advance and shower arrows onto the men on the walls.

The archers of davos do little damage, causing 66 casualties, whereas his own light infantry receive 500 casualties from enemy fire.


Little damage is done to any ships commanded and attacked by Theon.

Percy's Dromonds have similar bad luck, whilst his levy ships lose 4 of their number. An enemy heavy galley is badly damaged.

The Dromonds deal no damage to the levy ships, and take none in return. Percy levy ships deal one levy casualty, while one of Percy's heavy galleys takes a harsh beating.

the Oldtown war galleys lose another of their number, whilst they manage to destroy two levy ships.
