Early Era vs Late Era
Hi guys. I'm considering downlaoding this MOD, but I have a few questions that I could either not find the answers to, or they didn't seem clear.
1) Is the switching b-n 'early' and 'late' era done inside the game menu, or do I have to modify some of the files? Or perhaps there are just 2 separate icons to run the game?
2) If I play the early era, will Teutonic Order appear in the game in the 13th (if I'm not mistaken) century? This goes down to the question, if late era events, factions ,etc. appear in the game as you play the early era, or are these two ways of playing something like two different games (mods)?

Re: Early Era vs Late Era
1. There is a file under main 6.3 install folder called setup.exe that let's you select some options like era etc.
2. Only a couple submods take out Teutons otherwise in early campaign they appear near Palanga in 13th century but if Lithuania or Poland are strong they might not do much. In late campaign player can select Teutons as playable faction.

Re: Early Era vs Late Era
I personally prefer Late Era, mainly because in Early, you have to wait ~50 turns before getting any type of professional non-militia unit.
