    Oh your right, was wondering why my sig doesn't work. It seems the place where I hosted the pics, picturepush, desided to not allow free hosting anymore (which is a shame, had like 200 pics there, now all gone :/). I try to check if I can put new ones somewhere else.

    Post edited, please don't bypass the censor. It's against TWC rules to do so.

    Try imageshack and this time upload a zip folder in the SS dev forums as a backup. Or keep them on things like skydrive or share them with another dev member via dropbox.

    Hello, forgive me for asking without reading everything, but is there a planned release date for this?

    In the past I helped with SS development in small ways, and tried my hand at modding it too. Lately I have been playing other games, but with R2TW coming I'm definitely ready to get back in the SS saddle. I made hundreds of videos of SS 4.x through 6.4 for google video, and also a playthrough of SS on youtube. I would like to do so again with 7.x whenever it is ready to play!

    Sorry to disappoint you, but it seems like there is no activity whatsoever on 7.0. If you want to lend your hand, you can join the titanium project which will be an epic submod which will try to essentialy be version 6.5.

    Mail with padding is already very effective against cuts. Axes and maces were very popular as a result.

    Great work, but I do have a question, why no blondes? ))

    PS: I love how you made the shield strap. The lack of it was one of the two stupid things I never understood in Medieval, the other being why you don't see an arrow when archers are about to shoot.

    I made no shield strap (yet).
    About the arrows.
    Would you like me to texture each fletching fin seperately?

    Not sure if that's sarcasm or not, so I will just say, if it doesn't take long, afaik it wouldn't, then that would be awesome . In my opinion I always thought, in perfect texturing, if historically people had the same colour utilities/cloth, then texture some a bit dirtier, more torn or more shiny, so they separate out. If historically they had different colour utilities/cloth, then that's a no brainer. But in in my opinion there's never a time when a bit of texturing won't make everything better.

    If anyone models-in an arrow on the bow just before the shot, the arrow will still be there after the shot.
    Regardless of what bothers you, me, or anyone else the most, there are game-engine limitations even with state of the art games, let alone a seven year old one.
    And yes, your ideas about the clothes are sensible.
    Why don't you learn how to make skins and then help us make all those things.
    It is no sarcasm that we need more "hands" here.

    If it was 2-3 years earlier I would do this, and I did do similar stuff, I used to mod many games myself, even create some on gamemaker, make maps for Half-life and what not. But now I am at the busiest time in my life (Trying to move to another country, building career, working) and my career isn't in games but in music, so with all due respect I can't really. In an alternative life I would probably have done this though. However if you need something musical I can probably give you something (I compose nearly all genres).

    I know it is an engine limitation, I was just wondering why they did that though, I guess laziness had something to do with it.
