Brand new install questions

First of all i must ask sorry from Stealthfox for my silly questions but hey what else i can do...

After have a problem with my pc i did a format,now runs supreme but need slowly install all others updates in the past 3 years ( yea my laptop is old but the the hell )

1.05 (for the first time i didnt had any problems with the specific patch (ty god)

Third age 3.0 and 3.1 and 3.2

+ Gigantus 5.7..that we talk about some days before

I start the campaign with High Elves very hard but only after i set the settings for 5.7 of Gigantus (really dont think this is the problem) anyway

i do all the neceserry to end my first turn build recruit and etc etc

while the bar leave from the High elves banner and moves to Rohan i am sent to windows for an unknown reason and the games turned off

any thoughts for what is that?

What Windows do you have? If 7, 8 or VISTA, did you turn UAC off before installing TATW?
