how to recuit Macedonia 2nd-3rd tier units?

i'm playing as Macedonia and i've upgraded to a huge city, and i dont see a new barrack to build. i'm about 30-40 turns into the game. is this a glitch or do i have to build something first in order to build a bigger sized barracks?

If you read the description of your current barracks there should be something in there that states exactly what you need to do to construct the next level barracks.

No - did not appear.

In the skin that I use for the forum in the area under the member name there is a green circle between the light bulb (that shows if we're on-line or not) and the report button. Press that.
