Can I play beastmen ?

you cant! But I think theres an old sub-mod some where that allows you to, but I dont think its updated to the newst version, also I think its very unstable, because the beastmen get alot of scripted stacks.

If you just want to play with Beastmen units, play as a Chaos faction. Once you defeat the other three Chaos faction, and conquer the whole Chaos Wastes in the north, you'll become Chaos Undivided. Then, once you take Wolfenburg (capital city for Ostland), you'll be able to recruit all the beastmen you want.

Yes,you can easily play beastmen. I did play them. Just change the descr_strat file in call of warhammer mod files. Just put egypt into playable factions.

You get many free stacks. But you can only recruit 4 units and you are easily broke financially.

I tried and yes it is hard financially , I just began a campaign with Khorne and I have 1/2 of the north Chaos

You don't need to play as khorne you can directly play as the beastmen faction.
