Please people, restrain yourself from commenting, this is just a POLL THREAD for voting.
American, French, Israeli and British government's ILLEGAL aggression against the Syrian people, without any proof for chemical attacks in Douma, and without waiting for OPCW to conduct their investigation..
Sons of *******, leave that poor, war torn country in peace.
If you are a citizen of one of these countries, then DO NOT ask any help from me on these forums, since, in protest against this aggression by your governments, I do not provide assistance/help anymore.
Let Syria be finally in peace.

A video of false chemical attack in Douma, Syria, which led to Western illegal attacks.

Well, at least there is no some steam war going on again. Something like ˝Voted˝ or ˝I vote for this or that˝ would be better, but people just want to be heard I think.

Some did make unpleasant and unnecessary comments.. they have been reported.

Do you guys think I should have add -BOTH VERSIONS- as POLL OPTION too?

Im for some sort of starforce DRM where you only get 3 installs then you have to either buy the game again or call abroad and somehow prove you own the game. That or Ubisofts always-on DRM.

For me, I'm going to get it in the box, but I love Steam, automatically updating games, immediate access to any DLC you buy, etc.. I don't give a crap about achievements or anything, but I like the idea of owning a game, installing it, and never having to worry about it again.

Plus it's going to be Steam only no matter what.

Boxed version of course! I really miss the good old days when you bought a game and it's box was full and had everything in your hands; the disc, the manual as a booklet, various extras e.t.c.

You can still get this today and TWR2 will have a boxed edition. Granted, manuals are pretty thin these days but that's cause they're no longer needed when we have extensive tutorials, internet guides and so forth.

Ive never understood all of the Steam hate. Its a great program that only keeps on improving upon itself as the years go by, the sales, the community, automatic updates, friends list, chat, reviews on the games page, mods. Instead of having to wait MONTHS for a big patch fix (RTW....) I like the all of the smaller littler ones you get on Steam. The sales are amazing. Honestly I see it as the future of game sales. The only thing I dont like is not owning my own hard physical copy, and that amazing feeling you get when you used to come home with a game and while you wait for it to install you read the gigantic gaming manuel (which btw what ever happend to those...I miss those )

Steam is convenient when the internet is available. But if it isn't, people miss their favourite game. Ideally, both variants are OK. Let's say a game firstly appeared in the Steam, and later on after some bugs are fixed and all DLCs launced, may appear as a boxed version. Example, Napoleon Total War.
Origin is a bad idea, sorry. In case a PC has broken down, means say good bye to a game.

    Two words: Steam Workshop.

If it wasn't for the incentives I'd say it's unnecessary, but since it's what we're getting we should encourage CA to make good use of Steam's options.

Wasn't there similar thread already? And I think we all know non-Steam version won't happen, unfortunatelly. Anyways, naturally voted non-Steam version.

EDIT: Oh, only for voting, ok.

Steam is the standard whether you like it or not, get use to it or just don't play at all.

Some people want higher standards, not lower IMO.
Your vote has been noticed, thank you.

Both would be best, in which case I will buy the non-steam version.
