In the Steam games list, right click S2, select Properties, select English in the Language tab.

The language in game is English but the encyclopedia is Russian

Is there anywhere I download the 1.27 gig file and replace with the Russian one .

The only bit of advice I can give you is to buy an original EN copy of the game.

sorry man , I hope I could find an original copy in Iran , but there is no original game here .
