Help with 6.3 install please

Hi i'm trying to install 6.4 , can someone help me please.

I've downloaded all 5 .bin files for 6.3 from gamefont on this site and i've downloaded the 6.4 exe patch , however i'm struggling what to do after that. Sorry very new at this

The 6.3 files have gone into my downloads as VLC media files , i've put them in a folder together but i can't seem to run/install them. What am i meant to be doing from here please.

Sorry if these are daft questions but i am a complete novice.

PS i have total war 2 and kingdoms already on my computer

You need to download an Exe File, please check d/l thread, then disable your User Access Control, select the Exe, Right Click and Run as Admin
