Just a question though, is that script on the first one written in Arabic letters? Would the Persians have been using that script during Sassanid times?

Geez, hell no!

Its in Avestan script, that is still used by non-islamic Iranians today

And was official during Sassanid period.

It would be fantastic if you will really finish the Danube campaign until the summer. Is there any chance of a detailled campaign map preview with the faction's starting positions soon?

I think the final map will probably be previewed at the same time as the preview for general in-mod features like the unique scripts Deutschland has spent a lot of time on!
