Default Weird thing happening with 6.3 install

I decided to reinstall MTW2 recently and its working fine. I'm able to play all the campaigns (including the kingdoms campaigns) and everything is working fine, I didn't have any trouble installing it.

I've downloaded the SS6.3 exe along with all the .bin files and placed them in the same folder, as required.

I run the exe file as an administrator and go through the setup. After clicking "install" I get a separate window popping up saying "setup needs the next disk". I put in the path which looks like: C:\Users\myname\Desktop\SSinstall\SS6.3

This is the correct path and all the bin files are in there. When I click OK it says:

The file "SS6.3(1)-1.bin could not be located in C:\Users\myname\Desktop\SSinstall\SS6.3. Please insert the correct disk or select another folder

I've turned UAC off by the way so I have no idea why this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also wanted to point out that this isn't the Steam version of the game.

Select SS Exe, then Right Click and Run as Admin

I've done that and it hasn't worked. It still keeps giving me the "setup needs the next disk" and the "The file "SS6.3(1)-1.bin could not be located in C:\Users\myname\Desktop\SSinstall\SS6.3. Please insert the correct disk or select another folder" message along with it.

Fixed it. I had two of the same file, I used the newer one and it couldn't recognize the bin files.
