Open up your .cfg file, find the hotseat entry, and add a new line that looks like this: admin_password = (insert the super-secret pass here)

I, Tywin Lannister, under the light of the recent acts, and the sight of the Old and the New Gods, declare that the House Lannister don't answer to the Iron Throne anymore. From this day foward, till the end of my life, i declare myself King of The Rock, and like in the ancient times, The Westerlands will be ruled by his own King, answering only to himself.

For that, i declare my desire to have a long and peaceful reign. If the House Tully wants, i'll move my troops out of the Riverlands and sign a truce for 10 years. As a signal of my good will, i'll respect your borders and your people. To make sure our deal is true, i request that House Tully give me one castle (Pinkmaiden or Harrenhal) as payment for the losses the House Lannister had.

For the self proclamed King Joffrey, i resign from your council and i wont work as a Hand anymore. The Iron Throne must pay 1000 gold each turn for the losses the House Lannister had while we needed to maintain your peace.

I Stannis Baratheon, rightful King of Westeros, denounce these usurpers. Joffrey is a bastard born from incest and has no claim to the Iron Throne. When I march on Kings Landing him and his mother, Cersei, will be dealt with. Tommen and Myrcella will be pardoned as they had nothing to do with their families sins. Both shall be treated fairly and just.

Tywin Lannister, the so called "King of the Westerlands" will recieve no such mercy. Not only has he rebelled against the Iron Throne, but he also deserted his Kin and left them to die. For that I declare him a Kinslayer and all the Westerlands forfiet to Royal hands. Any house who supports him shall also be crushed. Once the war is over help shall be given to compensate the Riverlands troubles.

I now call for all houses loyal to the King to raise up arms. Can I count on the Starks to support me? Will you help overthrow the family that executed the late Lord Eddard Stark? I would think the Young Wolf to want vengance for his fathers death. What about the Tully's? I am sure Edmure and his uncle grieve for Catelyns loss. Once the Lannisters are expelled from the Riverlands will you march with me to Casterly Rock? Jon Arryn was a good friend to me. Did the Lannisters not kill him for digging to deep? I hope to see Falcon banners flapping in the wind beside my own when the day comes to seize Kings Landing from King Waters. United our armies will cast down the usurpers who shattered the peace my brother made. But divided the Seven Kingdoms will fall one by one.

I am not one to suffer false Kings to rule while I still draw breath. From the Wall in the North to the sands of Dorne in the South. I will unite Westeros once again, and I ask which of you will stand strong with me and fight in my name as your King!

It was Aegon the Conqueror that subjugated the North and made the Starks his lords. Now though, the Targaryens are dead. Robert Baratheon and my father, Lord Eddard Stark, brought them down. And now they have both died.

My lord bannermen have seen fit to honor me as King in the North. An honor, and challenge that I accept. We are an independant kingdom, free from the yoke of the Iron Throne, and we rule ourselves. I, Robb Stark, King of the First Men and Andals, have decided that no man shall claim Kingship over the North as long as I draw breath.
