yes you're right.
If you didn't get any assassination/sabotage we might simply ask him to suicide one of the 2 this turn. Or you may ask Giumbix for something alternative to this.
Some factions fgot at the start too many assassins-if they're both over 40/45 years old- (being this a Skip a few, many turns were managed by the AI).
So some payer might have forgot to suicide the ones in excess.
Never argue with an idiot; they'll drag you down to their level, and beat you with experience.
kingdom of islam next!
Wow scots are the first to fall.. I would have never guess that at the beginning of this hotseat especially with that horde of armies they had.
The game seems to be playing out well as most of the players are still alive and the islamic factions are winning!!
I look forward to jumping back into hotseats at sometime in the near future (near being a few months) but I'm glad to see this game still progressing ^^

Moors..it's unbelievable how many stacks they have lost without going down and still bring new ones: stacks after stacks..it's a never ending nightmare.

The only diference between moors and rusians is that moors have sand in their boots![]()
Ya'ish al Gasani sat in the main hall of the vast fortress of Caligari. He looked at the map of Northern Africa and Sicily and thought about the war that was finally coming to an end.
For many years the war with Sicily had waged on, hundreds of thousands Moorish soldiers lost their lives in the war. Most, including his father, uncle and brother had died in the initial betrayal of the Sicily and the constant Sicilian victories the following year. The tide had turned when his nephew, the late heir, had lured the Sicilian King in a trap and killed him. Unfortunately the prince was killed soon after that by a coward assassins blade.
The war had waged on for many years after that, but from that moment the Moors were on the offensive and slowly but surely every major Sicilian fortress, fleet and army was isolated and destroyed. The Moorish losses sustained were immense, but for every soldier the Sicilians slew, ten more took his place. He himself had played a major role in the latest battles and he had personally slain the previous Sicilian prince as he took Caligari.
Now all Sicilian armies were defeated, all Sicilian fleets were sunk and only one full army remained in Tunis under command of a weak general. The Sicilian King who had started this war was death, killed by allied Castillian forces.
The Shah had put him, Ya'ish al Ganasi, in overall command of the last offensive to destroy the Sicilian Kingdom once and for all.
However on this moment that was supposed to be glorious and full of triumph, the Byzantium empire had joined the war on the side of Sicily. The Byzantine emperor had claimed that the Moorish Caliphate would not be allowed a foothold in Italy and that the Empire would do everything in its power to prevent that. The spies had claimed that the Emperor himself had landed on Sicily and placed himself in range of Tunis. To enforce his will upon the Moorish Caliphate and to provide a back up to the last Sicilian armies.
Yet, Ya'ish al Gasani thought as he examined the map, the Byzantium emperor has underestimated our willingness to sacrifice and die a martyr's dead. Every Moorish soldier, including its generals, were willing to fight to the death to protect the Caliphate.
He finished his orders to the other generals, probably his last, they would take the glory of conquering Tunis and destroying the last Sicilian army. He then wrote a message to the Shah to explain his actions.
He called for messengers.
"Take my orders to the other generals, they will understand."
"My lord?" one of his captains asked. "Should we assemble the fleet and the men to sail to Tunis?"
He turned to his captains. "Only the trebuchet crews, they will assists in the siege. As for the rest of us, we are going to sail somewhere else........"
"We will bring the fight to them, we will sacrifice ourselves for the Moorish Caliphate, our faith and our families!
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
The Byzantium Emperor is dead!
All praise the Moorish Caliphate and Ya'ish al Gasani, the Martyr.

I can't ally with Sicily and I can't build forts in Sicilian lands for some reason I ignore (if someone knows why, please enlight me ).. this is gonna be crazy.
I know it was a risk..yet with such disadvantage of not being able to build forts there's no much I can do

"For after the their baptism the Croats made a covenant, confirmed with their own hands and by oaths sure and binding in the name of St. Peter the apostle, that never would they go upon foreign country and make war on it, but rather would live at peace with all who where wiling to do so; and they recived from the same pope of Rome a benediction on this effect, that if any other foreigners should come against the country of these same Croats and bring war upon it, then might God fight for the Croats and protect them, and Peter the disciple of Christ give them victories."
