Chaos Ogres and Chaos Troll training disappears!?

Everytime I load my save to continue my campaign, every castle/city loses their options to train Chaos Ogres and Trolls unless I rebuild in one city/castle or in every city/castle those Dogs of War camps.

Is there way to fix that? I haven't been able to recruit single troll yet as they need 20 turns per unit to pop out.

I have the same problem.. anyone have a solution

i think you have a random chance to be able to recruit them in your Dog of War Camps. They will pop up for a few turns and disappear again so I think this is just unlucky for you then.

Not random. I think you can recruit ogres once every year (once every 4 periods).
