So i dowloaded RSII from the torrent link at http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=386559 later i created the files just as it appears on the screenshots there but this error keeps appearing :
1-You don't have Roma Surrectum II installed in the correct folder. (C:\SKN Program Files\The Creative Assembly\RSII_Public)
2- Engine: RomeTW.exe, Faction campaign: -mod:play_rome
3- In total: 'RomeTW.exe -mod:play_rome-show_err -nm -movie_cam'

Re: Cant play recently RSII isntalled
I dont think you have it correctly installed. where is your original RTW folder and have you created a copy to install RS2? XP, Vista or Windows7 ?

Re: Cant play recently RSII isntalled
If you are running Vista, i think you should do that on a folder outside Program Files. Check the folders to see where are the EXE. Then check the path of your shortcut. By the way what is the path?

Re: Cant play recently RSII isntalled
The copy of the 'creative assembly folder' you created inside the SKN program files folder (SKN is my initials and I did the screens for the original install instructions) is where RSII should have been installed - not another folder called RSII_Public
"....\your program files folder\RSII_public"
The screens in the install instructions should make the above clear. You can call the folders anything you want - I had several different versions of the RSII install and used 'RSII_Public' to indicate that this was the version of the install that was available to the public (rather than the Beta version).
Also - before you start to copy/install make sure you've turned off UAC (User Account Control).
