I have to ask - why do you think you need a new PSU? Are you looking to buy one for your new system or your old system? That's a question you should answer.
Your new rig is a medium level gaming rig built with outdated parts. Granted it's only a few years old but it is outpaced at this time - but it will get the job done with older games and new games on low intensity. As designed it will run perfectly fine with it's stated wattage so you don't really need a new PSU. But if you're looking to upgrade then that is something we need to know. Are you looking to upgrade something in this system like the graphics card? If so then tell us.
If you're looking to upgrade your old system then it's a different story and we need to know. Fill in some blanks for us and maybe you'll get the answer you need. Good luck!

That is my current rig, but I'm upgrading to that GTX 670. I just need a recommendation for a new PSU, and info if I need anything else. The "This" thingies are links.
I'm aware of that. Thanks for pointing that out.
My confusion stems from the fact that you linked your system specs twice in the OP while neglecting to link to the specs for your recent purchase - which I now know to be a GTX 670 thanks to your second post.
What flavor of GTX 670 did you buy?
Here are two reference pages on power draw between your old ATI Radeon HD 5670 and the GTX 670 you want to install.

@Bolkonsky and crazyeyesreaper - he wants to replace his PSU in a pre-built Gateway POS to accommodate a new GPU. What would you recommend?
Good luck with this one guys!
