Crash during Campaign AI turn

Crashes consistently on Isengard or OotMM. Has been stable until now. Only submods being used are RRRC stats and quotes submod. UAC disabled, running as admin. Does anybody have any idea what the problem could be? Save and stats used attached - though I'm not sure if the RRRC stats should matter when loading it anyway.

Sometimes, a bug occurs when a settlement is under siege and tries to sally out. Only thing you can do is reload a previous save and possibly try to prevent it from happening. If that isn't possible, your only option is to start over, or to use a cheat to destroy the involved faction. Lift the fog first to see which settlement it is and which factions are involved.

have the same problem its minas tirith sieged by the bad guys(what else...) iam playing highelves... load old save... and tryed to help but even the light cav. cant make it in time... only thing i can do is trying to use bribe on the enemy armies but iam not that rich... so whats my option dont want to start again

If you have reinforcements on either side of that battle, then you are having a Bug with reinforcements included.. there is a fix for this here, but is not save game compatible, meaning you will have to start a new campaign.
