    Default Rhudaur unit cards

    The units for Rhudaur that are part of the Orcs of Gundabad have really old unit cards so I took it upon myself to update them. I play MOS and diRECTORs cut at the moment but they are only custom battle available without the campaign script that adds them to Gundabad (boo!). I was thinking of adding them to descr_buildings to get them playable in the campaign when playing Angmar as there are so few units to pick from so if folks want me to do this or the MOS team wants to ...

    They are save game compatible and work with any version that has them included, specifically MOS. To install simply unzip them into your data/ui/units/portugal folder. The two handed Axemen_of_Rhudaur unit card needs to go in the data/ui/units/mercs folder.

    Hope you enjoy, Rhudaur is not popular I know but if you like the Gundabad faction these are for you!

    Sure Hero, please use them! It would really be nice to include them in the Gundabad lot that comes with MOS. I can whip up a descr_buildings if you want.

    Actually it is just a matter of replacing the tgas in the ...\ui\units folder with these upgraded ones. Either overwrite the existing units they replace or edit the EDU file to use the correct tga name.
    Some are located in the Portugal folder.

    I checked and the units are not included in export_descr_buildings so they are recruitable in the campaign. In order for them to be available in the barracks, stables and archery ranges they need to have entries in this file.

    Soms rhudaur are by script only.. to make them more special in a orc faction

    I've always been irritated by the lack of a more original (and fitting) unit cards for the Rhudaur warriors. So I will definately use these.

    Great contribution!!! I would like to know if it has edited the descr-building adding the units since activating the event also the orcs are given him bonus economically and I do not like it!!!

    Good work! The axeman(?) at the upper right looks particularly sharp. The snow troll seems to be staring particularly stupidly, very troll-like.

    Much appreciated! I'm probably going to be upgrading some of the Dunland unit cards when I get back from vacation in a couple weeks. Problem with Rhudaur is that mods dont like to include the units in the campaign since men wouldn't serve orcs except as mercs but I think from a faction/gameplay perspective OoG are too boring without them.
