Nothing annoys me more than finally capturing Moria, but since I'm not the dwarves I cannot rebuild it to its former glory. Is there a fix for this? Can I make Moria automatically turn into Khazad-Dum for all good races rather than just dwarves?

I could, yes, but that doesn't allow me to make the Mithril Mines, or maybe I'm mistaken...?
What exactly do you mean? Never noticed there are building limitations for other races... and as for name you can change it yourself. I usually change half the names of settlements i conquer.
Besides that i think this place should give dwarves some special buildings or features.
When I play the Elves of Lorien in MOS and capture Moria, I have never been able to make the Mithril Mines.
How? Can you direct me to a page that tells how to?

How did you do that? So I don't need to make another thread like this.
Also, those two threads didn't help at all... they don't explain how to add the mithril mines to other factions. Also, that was back in 2.1; I really don't think the information applies here, in 3.2

That will make it available to everyone. But it might be missing name, description and images for them. I don't have much experience with buildings, but shouldn't names and descriptions work for all factions as long as EDB is in order?
Not necessarily. It depends on export_buildings.txt. If there is no entry for the culture who built it then you get things like "DO NOT TRANSLATE - NOT MEANT FOR THIS CULTURE". But I had a quick look for this one and it should be fine, all cultures are present.
What cultures are the evil ones? I don't want to allow the evil empires to use it as mithril was commonly seen on the side of good.
