Default Couple anoying bugs, Can I get help?

First off I love the mod the AI is brilliant. But im running into 2 verry anoying problems, #1 elephants are un-passable once dead, ive had to ctr-alt-del the game on a few city defense battles where I got pinned in city center and they got pinned outside and it never ended. #2 every 2nd or 3rd battle I try and enter into the game CTD's ive re-installed 4 times and these 2 same bugs happen every single time for me.

If there is any hotfixes please point me to them as I cannot find any here, or can anyone tell me how to change the elephant thing atleast.

I have noticed the elephant thing, also. If an elephant dies, it still says it's "there". Even when they are all dead, you put your mouse over one and it says Elephants [0], The unit has left the battle. It's kind of annoying, but I've never gotten trapped before.

Well it aims to be realistic, do you think your soldiers can just jump over a dead elephant or have a ghost mod on ? But yeah sometimes it bugs and your soldiers are blocked.

Heh, good point, I don't think they bothered to climb over a dead elephant.

@Bizzzle: nice avatar well question answered...although this may become annoying it is vital to preserve the fearful DarthMod elephant impact...I prefer the second.
