    Default Question on rtr

Alright, the height of RTW gaming to me was RTR 5.4.1, Roma Mod. Why? Well, it was insanely difficult, and fairly realistic. All the roman troops had their morale substantially lowered, and [this is from my memory of about 2005] had the first native/Roman citizen type system in the game, with italian troops being incredibly weak. Simply surviving phyruss was a substantial challenge because his army was hyper experienced [and again, fundamentally, all non roman troops were better than roman] and the AI had an instant spawn. So large armies would just spring up in your door step and punch you in the throat.

Alas, 5.4.1 and Roma mod are but lost to history, and I'm out of touch with the scene. Is there [and where] a modification to RTR or a sub mod that allows for instant spawning of troops? Similarly, any suggestions for the degree in which I should lower roman morale/stats is welcome.

Play RTR VII as Rome on VH/VH with Roman Leadership turned on.

That ought to scratch your itch. If it doesn't I will provide a full refund.
