Yes they are allowed in the UESW competition because they are game modifications. However, you cannot edit or do alterations to the pictures itself by using photo editing programs, for example.

I know the corner is not getting the attention of the fans as it had been once, shouldn't there be some advertisement in the main forum?, ....like mentioned only 5 votes on VOTM that really sucks...its a lot of work to make these videos and I can feel with these guys who invest their time in these kind of art....POTW and UPOTW also loose a lot of attention and fans, I know its always an up and down here, but now the down is kinda long frame, or maybe I don't see it positive today, who knows...kinda sad anyway....
