Playing TI:APE and I realized that the AI isn't building ships that produce admirals, even the mods special ones.

I first noticed this when I saw Spain building Santasima Trinidad, France building Bucentaures and the Dutch building Vriheids, but the British weren't building their their own special version of Third Rates.

After that I realized I hadn't seen any of the named ships from the mod as well as the generic "1st Rate with an admiral, 3rd rate with an admiral, etc".

Since this really cripples the AI and removes some of the flavour of the mod, I want to remove the admiral creation from these units to see if the AI will finally produce them. I went looking through DBEditor and can't for the life of me find where this option is controlled.

Anyone got any advice?

I'm fine with keeping minor admiral units (namely the generic 5th Rate) able to recruit admirals at creation to give me the ability to produce them myself (the general/admiral recruitment button is disabled on the mod) and just transfer them to larger ships I use as flag ships (which always winds up happening as the game progresses, admirals die off and need replacing anyway) via scuttling the 5th rate they were created on in a fleet of just it and my desired flagship.
